JG Advisory Services LLC - ABOUT US

JG Advisory Services was founded in 2005 and has worked with a variety of hedge fund groups on compliance issues since then.  Client groups span the size spectrum from large established groups, to smaller, start-up ventures.  The company has also worked with broker-dealers serving as third party placement agents, as well as industry service providers on a wide variety of projects, including technology development and marketing.

Judith Gross, Esq. is the principal of JG Advisory Services. Prior to founding the company, Ms. Gross worked for Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as a senior vice president in the Alternative Investments Group for over 9 years. She has extensive experience in the securities industry and brings a great deal of practical knowledge to clients. She is an attorney admitted to practice in New York State and has worked on Wall Street since 1985.

Ms. Gross has a BS from Cornell University, a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University, and a JD from Hofstra University. She is a member of the Roundtable Group, and has served as an expert witness on several hedge fund litigation cases. Ms. Gross has served as a FINRA arbitrator for over 15 years.
